Sherry ‘K’ Kotvis, MS has several years of experience as a Real Estate Practioner in the Temecula and Menifee Valley’s. Sherry has consistantly ranked in the Top 5% in sales with an emphasis on short sale transactions and is with Keller Williams Realty, Temecula.

Sherry and her Team are committed to continuing education and have spent countless hours in training to addresses the changes in the realestate market. In 2008 she obtained a Certified Short Sale Designation from Matrix Short Sales, a highly respected organization that specializes in the process of Short Sale transactions. In 2009 she obtained her Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Designation and is participant of the PartnerFirst Network. In 2010 she obtained her Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification, the only certification program endorsed by the National Association of Realtors and her CPR Designation, a nationwide short sale network.

Sherry also has several years experience working for Fortune 500 companies and start ups. Her positions have been sales, marketing and strategic planning. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and a Master’s Degree in Technology. Sherry can be found on most Social Media sites and prides herself on learning and sharing with others through her various blogs and posts.
